Communication & Images
All order enquiry and confirmation for our Gourmet Cakes, Designer Cakes, Yummy Goodies & Party Bundles can be made via electronic media like What’s App, SMS or Email.
For Customised Design Cake, we would require customer to communicate all essential information via email only. This is to ensure that we do not miss out any important details pertaining to the customised design cake order.
The images or photos of our cakes and pastries on our website, Facebook & Instagram are for illustration purposes only. Decoration and presentation including the colours of actual cake and pastries may differ slightly as everything is handmade. We also reserve the right to replace or change at our discretion any decorative element (especially seasonal fruits) on the cake depending on their availability.
Notice Period & Order Confirmation
All our cakes and pastries are subject to availability of ingredients and baking slot at the point of order confirmation.
The preferred notice period for the various categories of cakes, yummy goodies, party bundles orders are as follow:
03 days for Gourmet Cake
14 days for Designer Cake
07 days for Yummy Goodies
07 days for Party Bundles
21 days for Customised Design Cake
Please note that compliance to the notice period does not necessarily ensure availability of baking slot. It is still subject to availability of baking slot at the point of your order confirmation, as we practice first to confirm their order, first to serve basis.
Moreover, any expression of interest or enquiry made does not entail that the order is confirmed or a baking slot would automatically be reserved for him or her.
We would summarise the cake order details for customer’s order confirmation and would require full payment upon your order confirmation and it is non-refundable.
While every effort has been made by us to summarise as accurately as possible all the essential details pertaining to your cake order, customer need to ensure that all the cake order details as summarised by us are in order before confirming their order.
For the ease of convenient, we would request full payment to be made via internet banking fund transfer to our bank account.
We will only acknowledge the order as confirmed when payment is made base on the requested amount, within the stipulated time frame and the ordering party’s payment details can be ascertained accordingly.
We reserve the right NOT to accept your order confirmation, if we did not receive your full payment within the stipulated time frame.
The time frame for payment is as follow:
Less than 2 weeks’ notice period - Within the same day of receiving confirmation for all order details
More than 2 weeks’ notice period - 14 days before your order required date
We will only proceed to bake and fulfil your order when your order confirmation is acknowledged by us.
Once your order is confirmed, we will not allow for any significant change to the order details. Moreover, any request for change to the order details after your order confirmation is at the sole discretion of Bee’s Cake Pte Ltd.
Self-collection & Delivery
You may self-collect from our shop @ 520 Upper Serangoon Road or arrange for delivery to any address in Singapore except for off-shore islands and restricted areas such as Jurong Island, Changi Airport Transit Area, Changi Airfreight Centre or any other restricted area that is not assessable to the general public. Some delivery places with persistence parking problem or limited parking lot like KK Women & Children Hospital and Marina Bay Sands will also need to be reviewed at the point of your order confirmation.
We charge a delivery fee ranging from $15.00 to $30.00 (depending on delivery location), and it is for a one-time delivery trip only. For delivery to Sentosa Island, a delivery fee of $40.00 will be levied. If no one is present to receive the order at the time of delivery, we will call or what’s app or message the recipient/customer. If the recipient/customer fail to respond or call us back within 2 hours after notification of the failed delivery attempt to arrange for re-delivery or self-collection, it will be considered as a “failed delivery”. Therefore, there will NOT be any refund of the delivery fee or the price of the item paid. For customer who opt for re-delivery, a re-delivery charge of $20.00 shall apply.
All cakes or pastries ordered for self-collection from our shop must be collected on the stated date of collection. If they were not collected by the end of the business day on the date of collection, the cakes & pastries will be disposed of and there will be no refund for the price of the item paid.
We reserve the right to amend any information including our prices on our website, Facebook & Instagram without prior notice. In addition, we reserve the right to change our Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. You are accordingly advised to consult our Terms and Conditions each time you view and use the Website.
