CARROT CUPCAKES

(1) We require 2 days of advance order with a daily cut-off time @ 12.00 midnight. 

(2) For those who missed the cut-off time or have a last minute order, please WhatsApp us directly @ 97423872 to check on availability of baking slot.

(3)  If you do encounter any problem or difficulty with your online order, please WhatsApp your order details to 97423872.

(4) This product comes in regular or mini size. Please select the size you intend to order before you click the “ADD TO CART” button.

(1) Contains dairy products, eggs, gluten and walnuts.

(2) Does not contain alcohol or animal gelatin or pork or lard(Muslim friendly). 

(3) No added preservative.

(1) Kept refrigerated until you are ready to consume it.

(2) It should not be left outside the fridge for a prolong period of time due to our humid climate.

(3) If there is a need to display the cupcakes, it is best to display it in an air-conditioned area.

(4) For any balanced unconsumed cupcake, it must be stored in the fridge in an air-tight container.

(5) It should not be stored for more than 2 days from the date of delivery, as there is no added preservative.

(1) Cupcake is fragile & delicate by nature and should be handled with due care during transportation.

(2) Box containing the cupcakes should be held upright, level and steady to avoid cream decoration being smudge or toppling over.

(3) And the box ideally be stored in an ice box or cooler bag when transporting it over an extended period of time.

(4) Once the order leave our procession and handled over to the appropriate recipient (including the recipient’s appointed 3rd party delivery personnel), we will NOT be responsible if the cake was damaged or in less than ideal condition due to poor handling or storage.

(1) We do not provide free delivery due to the high delivery cost involved in transporting delicate & fragile pastry products.

(2) An affordable & equitable delivery fee is instead put in place(calculated at the check-out page of your order).

(3) A minimum order amount of $30.00 is also required for order requesting for delivery service.
