Combining the 2 widely used ingredients in Nyonya pastries give rise to our Gula Melaka Pandan Cake that is infused with natural fresh pandan juice, layered with grated coconut steeped with gula malaka and another layer of pandan custard. It is then covered with a well whipped gula melaka cream and topped off with a sprinkling of grated coconut. When all these are put together, it will let you experience a mix of textures that is truly unique but not overly sweet.
Recommended Serving Size:
8” or 1kg equivalent serves 10 pax.
10” or 2kg equivalent serves 20 pax.

Ingredients/ Allergens To Note:
(1) Contains dairy products, eggs and gluten.
(2) Does not contain alcohol or animal gelatin or pork or lard(Muslim friendly).
(3) No added preservative.
Shelf Life & Storage Instructions:
(1) Kept refrigerated until you’re ready to consume it.
(2) It should not be left outside the fridge for a prolong period of time due to our humid climate.
(3) For any balanced unconsumed cake, it must be stored in the fridge in an air-tight container.
(4) It should not be stored for more than 2 days from the date of delivery, as there is no added preservative.
Handling & Transportation:
(1) Cake is fragile by nature and should be handled with due care during transportation.
(2) Box containing the cake should be held upright, level and steady to avoid toppling over or cream decoration being smudge.
(3) And the box ideally be stored in an ice box or cooler bag when transporting it over an extended period of time.
Delivery Fee:
(1) We do not provide free delivery due to the high delivery cost.
(2) Instead, an affordable & equitable delivery fee is put in place(calculated at the check-out page of your order).
(3) A minimum order amount of $30.00 is also required for order requesting for delivery service.
