(1) This cake can be stored at room temperature in an air tight container for about a day, and after that should be kept in the fridge. Ensure you wrap the butter cake with foil or glad wrap and then pop it into an air tight container to prevent the cake from drying out in the fridge.

(2) Whenever you wish to consume the butter cake, just take it out from the fridge and heat it up in a microwave oven on medium power for about 15 – 30 seconds to return it to room temperature before consuming. Next, remove the cake from the microwave oven and let it sit in room temperature for a minute or two before consuming.

(3)  Freshly baked butter cake will keep well for about 2 to 3 days in the fridge from the date of delivery when properly stored.
