(3) If there is a need to display the items, it is best to display it in an air-conditioned area.

(4) Ideally, all the items are to be consumed on the same day of delivery in order to enjoy the best taste and texture.

(2) Box containing the tarts & pastries should be held upright, level and steady to avoid toppling over or cream decoration being smudge.

(3) Due to our humid weather, we recommend you go straight home or to your party venue once you have collected your order. Ideally, the tarts & pastries be stored in an ice box or cooler bag when transporting it over an extended period of time.

(4) Once we have handled over the order to the appropriate recipient (including the recipient’s appointed 3rd party delivery personnel), we will not be responsible if the tarts or pastries were damaged or in less than ideal condition due to poor handling or storage.

(1) We do not provide free delivery due to the high delivery cost involved in transporting delicate & fragile pastry products.

(2) An affordable & equitable delivery fee is instead put in place(calculated at the check-out page of your order).
